Employee Referral Program

Through the Employee Referral Award program, staff will receive a cash award if they recommend and refer qualified candidates to fill a current job vacancy and Web Yoga, Inc. subsequently employs the referred individuals.

The program is open to all full-time staff, excluding Web Yoga, Inc. officers, Human Resources staff, and the applicable hiring department manager or supervisor.

Should the candidate accept employment with Web Yoga, Inc. and work for at least 60 days, the referring employee will be eligible to receive a cash award of $200 for the successful referral.  The referral award is paid by Web Yoga, Inc.
