QUALITY ASSURANCE PRACTICE AND CONSULTING
It is a process that drives the entire software life cycle development. The general goal of the process improvement activities that we envision to implement at our customer sites is to achieve a successful transition to higher quality, efficiency, traceability and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance is not just a testing function…Quality is a process.

  • Our Quality Assurance starts with a QA Approach document that outlines and customizes the QA life cycle. The role of QA and its involvement with the development from the initial vision document to creating automation scripts is not only needed but also critical for the success of any project. The nature and extent of the QA measures being applied will be discussed and applied upon customer approval. The guiding principles used in all management and quality management activities blend approaches from many sources, but principally rely on Deming, Isakawa, Juran, Humphrey (SEI/CMM), ISO 9000, Six Sigma, TickIT, and Capers Jones.
  • The primary goal for our QA program is not to take our customers to certification in the above-mentioned methodologies, but to use the best practices of these approaches, customize them for our customers and fill the gaps in their development cycles.
  • We believe QA is not just a testing function that is applied at the end of a development cycle, but a process improvement that needs to be ensured from the envisioning phase of any project initiative.
