ASC is a major automotive enterprise software and solutions company based in Dayton, Ohio. Their new suite of ERP software was developed over a period of four years with 150-person software development team. They run, maintain and support thousands of automotive dealer systems across the United States and Canada.

Needed help in meeting aggressive delivery and release dates on a limited budget.

Needed a team with specialized domain knowledge to build a system of 200 metadata driven custom reports in less than 6 months.

The CTO approached Web Yoga for an alternative solution arrangement.

Web Yoga, Inc built on an entire Onshore project team in Dayton for development work on the system to develop, test and integrate all the reports on a phased weekly timeline in six months.

The reports were built with 1 Team Lead, a dedicated DBA, six software engineers and two QA testers.

All the reports were built, integration tested and delivered one week in advance of the deadline.

Based on this project's success, Web Yoga was short listed to provide a project augmentation team to another major initiative that
ASC
began within the next three months. Web Yoga proceeded to land the project.

The length of the initiative was 14 months and for a team of 12 people who serviced the need.

Web Yoga was ranked as the Number 1 vendor of all the preferred vendors in
ASC
for the years 2001 and 2002, based on value, responsiveness, by a third party vendor management system at
ASC.
